    Introduction

gCast doesn't offer a packaged preference centre but there are a number of ways in which you can use gCast to achieve the same outcome.

Using demographics, you can gather more information about your members (subscribers), store that in gCast and then target your campaigns based on the answers to those demographics.

Whether you're importing or syncing your data against the demographics, gathering preference information from your members on your sign-up page, providing preference options at the opt-out stage to encourage the member to stay with you, or asking your existing members to update their preferences, we have a solution!

    Who can use this feature?

Even better, these features are all readily available to all gCast accounts and hinge heavily around getting smart with your demographics - and most gCast users should be familiar with demographics and how they work. From there, depending on what you're trying to achieve, webform html code, surveys (using linked questions), and demographic settings can help you get what you want from the gCast platform. You can then tailor the demographic targeting and settings of your campaigns to give your members a more tailored and relevant experience.
